Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using MetalGraph ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

MetalGraph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription plan.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Subscription Plans

MetalGraph offers the following subscription options:

  • Monthly: $2.99/month
  • Annual: $14.99/year
  • Lifetime: $24.99 one-time purchase

2.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.

2.3 Billing

  • All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

2.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests.

3. User Content and Ownership

3.1 Your Content

Any shaders, graphs, projects, or other content you create using MetalGraph ("User Content") remains entirely yours. We claim no ownership or rights over your creative work.

3.2 Exported Code

Metal shader code exported from MetalGraph is yours to use without restriction, including for commercial applications.

4. AI Chat Feature

4.1 Third-Party API Keys

The AI chat feature requires you to provide your own API key from Anthropic or OpenAI. By using this feature, you agree to:

  • Comply with the terms of service of your chosen AI provider
  • Take responsibility for any costs incurred from API usage
  • Use the AI features in accordance with applicable laws and the AI provider's acceptable use policies

4.2 No Warranty for AI Output

AI-generated content is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated shader code or suggestions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices from the App
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
  • Use the App to create malware or malicious software

6. Intellectual Property

MetalGraph, including its design, features, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The App name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Victor Baro.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL METALGRAPH OR ITS CREATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any third-party services (including AI providers)
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the App

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetalGraph and its creator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App creator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
